適用范圍
適用于各類(lèi)車(chē)輛的底盤(pán)，輪弧，汽車(chē)大梁，油箱殼，葉子板內(nèi)側(cè)，發(fā)送機(jī)罩，后備箱底部等。
Scope of application
It is applicable to the chassis of all kinds of vehicles, fender trim, automotive frame, tank shell, fender inside, tran***itter cover and bottom of trunk etc.
產(chǎn)品性能
本品在240度至-50度范圍內(nèi)無(wú)變軟變脆現(xiàn)象，且本品耐熱，耐寒，耐潮濕，耐水泡，并可有效阻隔寒暑對(duì)車(chē)內(nèi)溫度的影響，充分體現(xiàn)其優(yōu)良的性能和強(qiáng)附著力；
另外，本品防銹能力***，且彈性強(qiáng)、韌性好、抗撕裂，可完全***砂石對(duì)車(chē)輛底盤(pán)的撞擊，大幅度降低輪胎與路面摩擦產(chǎn)生的噪音。
Product performance
In the temperature scope of 240~ -50°, the product without softening & brittleness phenomenon, and with good performances of heat resistance, cold resistant, moisture resistance, and blister resistance; it can impede the effect ( in- car temperature) caused by cold & heat effectively, which fully embodies the good performance and strong adhesion of the product; in addition, the product with excellent anti-rust capability, strong elasticity & toughness and highly tear resistant, which can completely resist the impaction on chassis from dinas and significantly reduce the noise caused by the friction between tyre & p***ement.
施涂說(shuō)明
1. 噴涂前徹底清潔汽車(chē)底盤(pán)，去除銹跡，污漬，油脂，蠟質(zhì)等。并覆蓋保護(hù)無(wú)需噴涂的部位。
2. 本聚氨酯彈性體，為濕固化高聚物。開(kāi)瓶后表面有初固化膜。將噴槍直接插入罐中然后旋緊，充分搖勻，連接壓力為0.04mpa-0.06mpa壓縮空氣，然后即可噴涂。
3. 本品具有優(yōu)良的觸變性，無(wú)滴掛現(xiàn)象；固化時(shí)間，春季 2-3小時(shí)；冬季6-8小時(shí)。夏季速干時(shí)間為15分鐘，15分鐘后，即可行車(chē)。冬季噴涂1小時(shí)后即可行車(chē)。完全固化時(shí)間為8-12小時(shí)，固化后，表面光滑無(wú)粘性。且具有強(qiáng)韌彈性。4. 噴涂完畢請(qǐng)用專(zhuān)用清洗劑將噴槍清洗干凈即可。
Application instruction
1. Before application, clean the automotive chassis completely to remove rust, dirty mark, grease and waxes etc.； and protect the area not to be sprayed.
2. The product is moisture curing polymer, which is with a layer of cured film on surface after opening. Insert spraying gun into the pot directly, tighten the pot and shake fully, then spray; the connection pressure is 0.04mpa-0.06mpa (compressed air).
3. The product is with good thixotropy, without sagging; the curing time is 2~3h in spring and 6~8h in winter. The quick drying time is 15mins in spring, and the car can be driven after 15 mins, and in summer, the car can be driven after 1 hour. The complete curing time of product is 8-12 h; after curing, the surface is ***ooth, without viscosity; and with good toughness & elasticity.
4. The spraying gun shall be cleaned with special cleaning agent after spraying.
